  • 3/4 cup (100 g) pomegranate seeds (arils)
  • 1 large sweet apple, such as Gala or Fuji, seeded
  • 2 ripe medium pears, cored
  • 1/2 cup (120 ml) sparkling water


  1. Juice the pomegranate seeds, apple and pears, in that order.
  2. Pour into a glass, add the sparkling water and stir to combine.
  3. Serve immediately.
