  • 1 large Fuji, Gala or another eating apple, peeled and seeded
  • 1/4 cup applesauce, unsweetened
  • 1 cup almond milk, vanilla (or sub coconut, soy or dairy milk)
  • 1/2 teaspoon pie spice
  • 4 ice cubes


  1. Put all the ingredients in the blender, in order. Frappe on high to blend. Serve immediately.
